Position description: The consultant will be required to participate and/or lead in the following type of activities: interviewing customers to establish and document business application requirements investigating/researching potential solutions to meet business requirements preparing detailed system and solution specifications participating actively in the implementation/configuration of the solution formulating/coordinating system testing/implementation strategies with stakeholders participating in user training and support as required

Required skills: The consultant will work as part of the SAP HR Functional team and will be responsible for developing SAP HR solutions to support business area requirements for identified SAP HR sustainment, project and enhancements. The following SAP modules may be supported. Successful applicants should have the following areas of expertise and/or experience in SAP HR: Personnel Administration, Org. Management, Payroll, Training & Events, Benefits, CATS, Time Evaluation
