Our growing auto dealership in Fort McMurray is looking to hire a skilled, experienced Service Advisor. Reporting to the Service Manager the service advisor is responsible for providing efficient and courteous service to customers and mechanics alike. Main duties include cost estimates, inspecting finished repairs, answering customer inquiries, and keeping track of repairs. The service advisor greets customers and assigns their specific repair needs to mechanics.
The ideal candidate will be strong on computers, have excellent customer service skills, as well as 2+ years experience as a service advisor. This position has a starting pay rate of $5000 per month for the first 4 months. After 4 months employees are taken on to a generous performance pay plan. This position is also eligible for housing allowance as well as other incentives.
