For this entry level position we are looking for a candidate who can maximize inside sales. The successful candidate must possess great communication skills, a quick mind strong in sales and technical abilities. You will also posses a desire to learn, determination and high energy and initiative.
Duties:
* Place a high number of daily outbound telephone calls and emails to prospective clients
* Maintain customer contact database
* Source appropriate contacts
* Collecting all relevant contact information
* Organizing contact information in a database
* Developing new clients through various leads
* Following up with rate requests to secure new business
Expertise and aptitude in the following areas are preferred:
* Sales Skills - Managing activity, cultivating relationships, negotiating/closing business
* Open and warm personality combined with a professional approach and communication style
* Proposal writing and presentation ability
* Creating Marketing material to increase incoming calls
Basic Requirements:
* Working knowledge of Maximizer Enterprise 5.0 is desirable
* Self starter, goal oriented
* Able to manage a flexible workload
* Able to work with minimal supervision
* Exceptional interpersonal skills, strong communication and organization skills
Compensation and personal growth:
Compensation includes a base salary and an attractive commission structure after 6 months. This position offers significant opportunities for personal development and advancement within Leavitt Machinery.
