Bar Server:

• Well groomed appearance

Your Role:
• Customer-Care focused, delivering outstanding customer service to all of our guests
• Knowledge of ship’s activities and functions
• Anticipates customer needs, “whatever it takes” attitude
• Converses with guests, answers questions, provides information, promotes drink specials, offers premium brands
• Asks for appropriate identification to determine minimum drinking age
• Takes orders from guests and delivers order to the bartender and checks for accuracy
• Ensures stations and/or tables are clean, orderly and properly set with matches, clean ashtrays and beverage menus. Removes empty or dirty glasses and bottles and returns them to the bar or kitchen.
Your Background:
• 2-3 years Professional bartending in 4 or 5 star restaurant preferred
• Knowledge of varying brands and quality of liquors and beers
• Knowledge of public health standards
• Knowledge of inventory control
• Completion of high school or basic education preferred
•All International applicants must have the ability to obtain a C1/D Visa
