Guest Services Officer:

Your Individual Skills:
• Professional appearance
• Polite, outgoing, friendly, dedicated to exceeding customer expectations
• Anticipates customer needs, “whatever it takes” attitude
• Solution oriented, self empowering approach to challenges
• Ability to speak English clearly and either Italian, French, Portuguese or German
• Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds without aid

Your Role:
• Delivering outstanding customer service to all of our guests
• Greeting all guests with a friendly and sincere welcome
• Maintaining current knowledge of all ships regular events and specific functions.
• Providing cash and guest account services at the Guest Services Desk
• Providing all services of the Guest Services Desk
• Assisting guests with immigration and customs procedures
Your Background:

• Minimum 1 year experience with customer contact in hotel or related industry
• Completion of high school or basic education preferred

• All International applicants must have the ability to obtain a C1/D Visa
