Position Title : Computer Sales Representative

Salary : $9.50/hr + Commission

Company Description : Our company is one of Canada’s largest Computer, computer accessories, hard ware and software super store. We have many franchise locations all across Canada. We provide the products and services to all of your electronic and computer needs.

Details of Job Description : Sales associates with a drive to enhance the customer experience in our retail stores. As a sales associate you will have the ambition and energy to effectively and efficiently offer exceptional knowledgeable customer service within our retail:

•Providing informed sales and service to all customers by promoting our products and services
•Maximizing store sales by consistently delivering an exceptional customer experience
•Continually increasing your knowledge of products, services, promotions, events and store layout
•Assisting with store merchandising, returns, and ensure the store is safe, clean and well organized at all times
•Ensuring clients receive exceptional after sales service stores

Qualifications:

• Passionate about customer service and computers/electronics.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Proven previous retail sales experience.
• Familiarity with computer parts and accessories.
• High energy and a proven ability to solve problems.
• Drive to move into more senior positions
• Strong MS office skills and experience working with customer databases, Inventory & POS systems.

Work Schedule : Full Time
