Details of Job Description : We are in search for a full-time Sales Associate/ Manager Role who is passionate about the retail industry:
-Strong Sales skills, with at least 2 years of retail industry experience
-Mobile Sales experience would be an asset
-Excellent communication and organizational skills
-Must have a proven track record for driving sales
-Provides exceptional customer service
-Thrive in a fast-paced, highly competitive sales environment, achieving or exceeding sales targets
-Must speak very fluent English. Cantonese and or Mandarin
Determine customer needs and recommend the best solutions.
Build customer relationships by providing prompt and exceptional sales and after sales service.
Ensure customer concerns are resolved with urgency and good judgment.
Stay knowledgeable about our product, services, promotions and policies
Passion for sales and the telecommunications industry*
Ability to work flexible hours, including day, evening, and weekend shifts within retail hours of operations.
Between: 10:00am - 9:00pm
