Position Title : Bilingual Team Leader / Call Center (Full Time)

Details of Job Description : We are in search of a Bilingual Team Leader to join our call center:
Qualifications:
-Must have at least 2 years of Call Center Management experience
-Previous work must relate to inbound/outbound Business to Customer acquisition, retention and recovery programs
-O.S.S.D is a must, post secondary education in Business and Marketing program an asset
-Lead, Coach, and monitor call center staff to ensure results
-Team building skills, Performance Management
-General knowledge of predictive dialing technologies and queue management
-Experienced in inbound/ outbound programs
Computer knowledge:
Microsoft word, Excel, Internet Explorer, and Mathematical Aptitude
Additional Call center programs an asset
Job Duties:
-Provide supervision and develop call center skills to the CC staff in order to achieve operational and organization objectives
-Manage client programs to achieve and exceed client expectations, act as a secondary liaison to the client
-Work alongside quality assurance/ training department
-Leadership skills - set out clear expectations and follow up on progress
-Lead by example
-High standards of professionalism, and attention to detail
Work Hours:
Monday - Friday
2:00pm - 10:00pm
Work Schedule : Full Time
