In this key position, you will become an integral part of our team. An excellent communicator with an outgoing personality, you will be working closely with some of our major clients to assess and identify their needs. This will require spending some time on-site to determine the type of qualified candidates they require for various positions. Your skills, expertise, and friendly, professional manner will be crucial in building these important client relationships.
Job Description:
Additionally, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process of screening, interviewing and qualifying potential candidates. For each job posting you will work closely with hiring managers, and use your expertise to provide them with a short-list of eligible candidates.
What will your role as a recruiter entail?
•managing and expanding existing relationships with premiere employers (clients),
•leveraging your network of contacts and sales abilities to develop new clients,
•identifying and recruiting top talent (candidates),
•matching quality candidates with employers, and
•Following through with successful placements.
