Position Title : Computer Sales Technician
Salary : $12.00/ hr + Commissions

Details of Job Description : Computer technician with a drive to enhance the customer experience in our retail stores services department. As a technician you will have the technical knowledge and energy to effectively and efficiently offer superior technical service to our customers.
• Minimum 2 years experience in computer repairs.
• Passionate about customer service and computers/electronics.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• High energy and a proven ability to solve technical problems.
• Drive to move into more senior positions.
• Strong MS office skills and experience working with customer databases, Inventory & POS systems.
Must Speak English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
