The role of the Software support engineer will require the candidate to have a complete autonomy when it comes to technical decisions related to systems support, development and technical implementation.
The candidate would need to adopt a professional approach to help promote the company`s services, software applications, and its associated products.
The candidate should have a minimal expertise in ERP/CRM implementations. He should be able to professionally formulate customer technical requirements and analyze business needs. He should have a good knowledge in the new Rich Internet Application development paradigm.
It will be important to utilize company tools and development frameworks in order to achieve goals and objectives.
Technical skills required:
• UniPaas 1.x from Magic Software
• .Net Software Development (C# is a plus)
• SQL Server database
• Microsoft Visio
• MS Office
Personal qualifications:
1- Bachelor degree in Computer science, software engineering, or equivalent
2- A track record of experience and success in the software/services industry
3- Excellent communication skills
4- Ability to work under pressure
5- Have the team work spirit
6- Well organized and “target” oriented person
7- Drivers’ license is a must as travelling is required.
