For one of our clients, in the construction field, we are currently looking for a fulltime
CONTRACTS MANAGER
(Edmonton based)
This individual will be supporting other teams within the organization with regards to the contracting process.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
* Provide guidance and assist management in negotiating contracts
* Pre-qualification of contracts
* Drafting and formulating construction contracts (pre- and post-award phase)
* Interpreting and administering contracts and subcontracts
Qualification of the right candidate:
* Around 10 years of similar (management) experience within the construction industry
* Quantity Surveyor (ARICS or similar), Professional Engineer or Project Manager designation
* Strong team player with proven ability to multi task
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
