For both their Vancouver and Edmonton office they are currently looking for a very experienced and driven
SENIOR / CHIEF ESTIMATOR

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
* Creating and monitoring Estimates for Industrial, Commercial and Institutional (ICI) Projects
* Managing / leading an estimating team
* Working on Projects with an estimated value of up to $ 250M
* Preparation of tender documents for early works packages
* Preparing monthly financial / budget reports
Qualification of the right candidate:
* Experience in design build or conceptual estimating
* Strong understanding of scopes and costs of General Contractor and Sub Contractor work
* Minimum of 5 - 10 years related Quantity Surveying / Estimating experience or ICI Projects
* Strong knowledge of Codes, Contracts and Industry Practises
* Strong interpersonal & relationship building skills
