The Community Recreation is responsible for the development, facilitation and efficient management of community and recreation services for CFB Edmonton.
Our organization is committed to enhancing the morale and welfare of the military community, ultimately contributing to the operational readiness and effectiveness of the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF).
We pride ourselves on being part of the Defense Team, dynamic, flexible and responsive.
Collect applicable fees from members and provide receipt.
Perform light housekeeping duties and keep areas tidy.
Conduct opening and closing procedures as per SOPs.
Monitor clients to ensure safety and provide emergency or first aid assistance.
Record, monitor and report usage and attendance.
Access to CANEX “No Interest Credit Plan” on retail purchases
Professional development (formal individual learning/career development plans, Tuition Assistance Program and Advanced Learning Program, special projects/assignments)
Use of military fitness facilities
Recognition of CF Service for vacation
