The Assistant Manager is responsible for all aspects of management of the store including exercising his/her discretion in a manner to maximize sales and profit, store budget, and effectively manage wage cost through strategic and successful business management, controlling expenses and inventory, maintaining visual standards, brand marketing and management of staff.
