Purpose: To maximize store sales and effectively manage wage cost through strategic and successful business management by ensuring customer satisfaction and associate development. Supervision of multiple stores throughout region. Achieves this objective by being a strong and respected role model to all team members who meets the Company’s 7 Corporate Objectives and adheres to the Corporate Values.
Proactively plans, organizes, develops and manages a Sales Organization at the District level and ensures district sales objectives are met and/or exceeded.
Selects, hires, trains, coaches, motivates and leads employees as well as provides timely performance related feedback on objectives
Promotes best practices to ensure continuous improvement of sales function
Provides group and individual support to the sales team
Optimizes sales, profitability and customer satisfaction
Partners with LP to ensure policies, procedures and audits are adhered to
Ensure H&S regulations are enforced and is committed to promoting a safe work environment
Qualifications: Degree or certification in Retail Management, Business Management or 3+ years experience in retail management. Fashion industry experience required - 2+ years. Effective leader and communicator who is professional and reflects company values in both attitude and attire. Must work well in a team-oriented environment. Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
