This position is located at Hwy 404 and Sheppard.
Our client is eagerly looking for an experienced customer service representative with MEDICAL background. You will be responsible to provide and update membership information, register new members, process orders and address customer needs, and prioritize medical information for emergency use.
Minimum 2 years of customer service, sales and medical experience with knowledge of medical terminology. Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills with advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access required. French language skills an asset. Ability to work flexible shift hours between 8 am to 9 pm. One year contract with possibility to extend.
