Number of positions: 20 monthly positions
We represent schools (public and private) in Korea and are hiring university graduates for one year contracts.
Our schools have been carefully screened, are reputable and well established in Korea.
Locations/Areas:
Most of our schools are in and around Seoul.
We do have positions in other cities around Korea.
We will work with you to find you a school that is the best fit.
Age of Children:
Kindergarten/ Elementary/Middle/High
Type of school:
*Private Schools also know as Hakwans
*Public Schools - Board of Education
Teacher Requirements:
1) University Degree in any discipline
2) Must hold a valid passport from Canada, US, Australia, New Zealand, England, Ireland or South Africa
3) Must have a criminal record
4) Must have original degree in hand
5) Must have 2 sets of transcripts in a sealed envelope
6) English must be your first language
SALARY AND BENEFITS
Starting salary from $2000-$2500 (depending on experience) plus great benefits
BENEFITS INCLUDE:
* PAID ROUNDTRIP AIRFARE
* PAID accommodation - single furnished studio apartment
* School will pay 50% of the medical insurance
* Severance pay (you will receive a full months salary after you complete your 12 month contract)
* Overtime pay is 18,000 Korean Won per hour ($20 per hour)
* Curriculum and teaching materials provided
* All teacher training provided by the school
* 15 Paid National Holidays plus 2-4 weeks vacation.

Working Hours:
Varies depending on the school. Once we have determined what you are looking for we will be able to give you more details.
In private schools you will have 26-30 teaching hours with 5 hours of prep time a week.
In the Public school you will have 22 teaching hours and 18 hours of prep time a week.
