My client, a globally recognized organization is currently sourcing for an experienced SAP HCM Consultant to join the team in Singapore or Australia for an December 2009 start.

We have an ongoing need for experienced SAP HCM Consultants that have worked in a functional capacity, on-site with the client to make a real difference to their internal HR systems. In particular SAP Payroll Consultants are required at Consultant and Manager levels.

This will be a permanent position joining a team of SAP professionals and working on a global implementation project.

We are currently sourcing for SAP Professionals with the following experience and skills,

* 3+ years SAP HR CONSULTING EXPERIENCE.
* Strong understanding and exposure:
*

. Employee Self-Service
. Payroll & Legal Reporting
. Time & Attendance
. Personnel Administration
* 2+ full life cycle (end to end) implementation projects.
* Experience with SAP Projects
* Liaising with various business users at various levels of the business
* Solid functional background
* All candidates must be willing to be travel.
* Bachelors Degree

Responsibilities:
- Supervise the process and functional design activities
- Develop and test detailed functional designs for business solution components and prototypes
- Supervise application build, test and deploy activities
- Driving test planning and execution
- For Senior Consultants and Managers - added responsibility to manage a small to large team of direct reports
