SUMMARY OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, reference checking, orientation of new employees
- Coordinate and update job postings on various advertising mediums
- Provide continuous feedback to management on recruiting status
- Coordination of annual career fair participation in Alberta, BC, Saskatchewan, and northern U.S. States
- Coordination of Registered Apprenticeship Program by liaising with high schools and managing success of program
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Background in recruiting process in a fast-paced environment
- Preference given to oil and gas or oilfield service company experience
- Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills
- Strong MS Office skills - particularly MS Word, Excel & Outlook
- Excellent interpersonal and listening skills
- Independent and entrepreneurial thinker
- HR or office administration certification
