Our client, one of Ontario’s fastest growing and most highly regarded automotive tier 1 suppliers has an exciting and newly created opening for an Employee Relations Manager. This role will be responsible for critical employee relations projects including: revamping the employee handbook, developing policies for harassment, violence, and progressive discipline as well as other key projects.
You will be a highly energetic and innovative individual with an impressive list of achievements highlighting your accomplishments in policy/procedure implementation and facilitation. You will also support and model the company vision and values through training programs and initiatives.
To become the successful candidate you must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline with 7+ years experience , preferably from within an automotive environment. You will be a highly organized individual with proven success creating and implementing policies and procedures, managing change and driving HR projects from start to completion.
