Our client, a fortune 500 company, is currently searching for an Assistant Department Leader for their Stamping department. This role oversees the entire Stamping Department, ensuring smooth and streamlined operations.
The Assistant Department Manger - Stamping will oversee 150+ employees and will require strong leadership skills. The successful candidate must also be a strong, clear communicator with the right stuff for mentoring their team.
You as the successful candidate will have previous experience with large stamping dies (3,000T) and engineering. You will understand metrics with the capability to produce and enhance the bottom line. Your previous experience in the automotive industry has as well as your understanding and knowledge of tool and die will serve you well in this role.
