Our client, a highly respected national distributer, has engaged Prime Management Group Inc. in their search for a Trainer/Project Leader for their London Ontario headquarters.
The Trainer/Project Leader will be responsible for organizing and developing full-scale project plans as well as delivering onsite and webinar training. This role will creatively develop web-based training modules, update and manager supporting user documentation as well as manage overall project development. The Trainer/Project Leader will also work closely with Programmer Analysts to define and document technical specifications as well as test and troubleshoot supporting programs.
The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic and outgoing individual with a passion for training others and sharing knowledge. This individual must also have a desire to become a subject matter expert within the ERP system and enjoy looking for improvement opportunities within the system. The Trainer/Project Leader will have strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills as well as great collaboration and team work capabilities.
• Degree in Computer Science or similar
• 5+ years experience in IT System Development
• Strong project management and training skills
• Programming skills and knowledge of Progress OpenEdge an asset
