Our client, a successful Canadian retailer is currently looking for a motivated and dynamic individual to oversee and manage all aspects of their retail marketing communication program.
The Retail Program Manager will:
Successfully manage the production and execution of the retail marketing communication program.
Oversee the layout, quality, workflow, timelines and proofing of all retail marketing communications to ensure it is customer focused and reflects the brand positively.
Effectively oversee the marketing communication process and ensure all deadlines and financials are achieved on time and within budget.
Provide proactive leadership and direction to ensure that the retail marketing communication program meets all sales and margin goals
This role requires a highly organized individual with strong communication skills to work within a multi-disciplinary team, while supporting the Marketing Director. The successful candidate will think outside the box, work with a sense of urgency, and have the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast paced work environment.
Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
3-5 years of successful business experience - creative marketing experience considered an asset.
Proven project management skills with a focus on managing multi-faceted projects.
A passion for retail and an understanding of the retail climate/environment.
Previous leadership experience within a fast moving environment - a proven ability to motivate teams.
Knowledge of flyers and print processes.
