Our client, a very successful supplier to the automotive industry is currently searching for a Training Coordinator. The Training Coordinator will assist the company reaching their strategic goals through development, organization and administration of education and training programs in multiple delivery formats.
The Coordinator will support and model the company vision and values through training programs and initiatives. Anticipating, researching, identifying, designing, developing, delivering, scheduling, evaluating, and documenting training as required to meet all legislative requirements while consulting government, educational, corporate as well as private sector service providers. You, as the successful candidate, will also assess training needs utilizing various methods including; job descriptions, surveys, interviews, focus groups, and facility management.
The key to your success will be your ability to multi-task, remain organized as well as plan and manage projects as the Coordinator will also be responsible for developing and delivering coop and apprenticeship programs and all training records. This role requires a very articulate individual with the ability to communicate with a variety of cross functional teams and seniority levels.
• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or Business
• 5 years experience in a training specialist role
• Proficient with MS Suite of software
