Our client is currently searching for dynamic and enthusiastic Retail Store Managers for multiple locations including their new and exciting Toronto and other soon to open locations!
The Store Manager will be responsible for managing the daily operations of this brand new facility! As well as exceeding store sales and profit goals, YOU as the new Store Manager must be sales driven and understand the complete sales cycle, from the moment the customer enters your facility to the moment they make their purchase. Providing a positive customer experience will be your top priority while ensuring customer satisfaction and store profitability.
The Store Manager must be a customer focused but results driven individual who is always looking for ways to promote and increase sales while building lasting relationships with customers and staff alike. You must be able to remain organized, prioritize in an ever-changing environment as well as communicate with all stakeholders and customers in a positive and professional manner.
An attractive and sales driven compensation package comprised of base + commissions + benefits is available to the successful candidate.
Qualifications
• Diploma in a related field
• 3+ years supervisory experience in a retail environment
• Exceptional Interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven success in sales with the ability to lead/train others
• Able to work flexible hours as required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Forklift certification preferred
• Physical ability to lift a minimum of 80 lbs
