Our client, a highly respected national distributer, has engaged Prime Management Group Inc. in their search for a Network Support Analyst for their London Ontario headquarters.
The Analyst will be expected to deliver technical support to improve how business is conducted as well as rectify any technical issues. Duties include; administering Microsoft Exchange Server, supporting all technical devices (computers, smart phones, etc.), software support for Microsoft and Windows products, ordering hardware/software, as well as assisting with system backups and restores. This role will also be dealing with vendors for technical purchases, reporting on daily invoice print volumes and reconciliation of IT invoices.
The Technical Support Analyst must be a strong communicator with proven customer service skills and a team work mentality. You must be analytical and able to investigate and determine root causes through interviewing and discussion with other employees. You must have great interpersonal skills and be comfortable dealing with all stakeholders to find resolutions to technical issues. Your effective planning, organizational skills, and proven ability to see a plan through from beginning to end will be the keys to your success.
• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology
• Previous experience administering Microsoft Exchange Server
• Bilingual French/English is an asset
