The Finance & Sales Manager will lead a team of 8 Retail/Finance Managers throughout Western Canada. You will be responsible for supporting equipment sales by providing innovative financing solutions to your customers and ensuring they receive the best financing to suit their needs. Your customer base consists of corporations, municipalities and contractors.
To be the successful candidate, you must be an experienced Manager with extensive sales and equipment financing experience. You are known for your relationship building skills and your ability to train and lead your team to achieve their potential. You will be mentoring your team to promote sales and increase our client’s market share.
Relevant Education is a “nice to have” but proven results are what counts. Financing experience for construction equipment is a must have.
