Our client, a very successful manufacturer in Southwestern Ontario, is currently searching for a Human Resources Manager. This Senior Manager will oversee the facilitiesí HR function and ensure efficient and effective operations. This role will manage employee development, disciplinary measures, recruitment, training initiatives, policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with all government regulations and legislation.
This position requires a confident leader with an open personality and strong communication skills. You will be a creative problem solver with sound judgement and financial awareness for the allocation of department resources. This role requires a great team builder and mentor to guide and direct a high functioning team of HR professionals and will have an in-depth knowledge of employment law and government regulations.
The successful candidate will have a Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field of study with a CHRP designation. This role requires an individual with a minimum of 10 years previous experience in a similar leadership position, preferably from within a manufacturing environment utilizing lean methodologies and Six Sigma principles.
