Overview:
The Shift Supervisor's primarily function is to effectively and efficiently maintain the flow of production while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Experience and Skills:
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of five years experience in a production related function within the sheetmetal manufacturing industry.
Has strong technical skills in a sheet metal environment.
Is experienced with CNC Punch and CNC Brake equipment (Trumpf experience an asset).
Is an excellent communicator.
Is comfortable assigning tasks and activities.
Follows up and holds employees accountable.
Exhibits an aptitude and passion for continuous improvement in a production environment.
Has computer skills including E-mail, Word, Excel, and time organizational software.
