Skilled & Qualifications:
* Minimum 10 plus years experience in similar roles
* Experience with medium to large scale projects
* Post secondary project management education
* Gold Seal Course - Canadian construction association - a definite asset
* Knowledgeable about design and construction processes and terms
* Can work in a multi-disciplinary environment
* Strong leadership and excellent interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently as well as in a team
* Has a sense of humor
* Strong Computer Skills, Ms Project Ms Office etc.,

Duties & Responsibilities:
* Managing all phases of construction
* Internal / external, sub contractors, other trades etc
* Budgets
* Change Orders
* Implements and monitors project management process
* Manages construction contracts
* Others duties and responsibilities as needed
