We are currently looking for 2-3 Lead Hand Carpenters Framing/Forming for Custom Home.
Qualifications:
* Journeyman or TQ with minimum 5 years experience in home building environment
* Strong construction background in high end residential
* Ability to supervise crews and handle serveral projects at once
* Self starter, results oriented, ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines
* Blue prints, drawing reading
* Experience with formwork, including walls, stairs, suspended slabs
* Experience with finishing, including interior and exterior
* Framing, including roof/stairs
* Installation of doors, windows etc.,
* Firm but Fair to the workers and crew members
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work with inspectors, engineers, architects & clients
* Must have own vehicle and tools
This position can lead into a leading role (project manager) for the right person
Hours/Wages
Full Time, Permanent positions
40 Hours/Wk M-F
Salary plus benefits
$ 52,000 - $ 62,000 /yr, depending on experience
