Our client, a well known window and door manufacturers is currently has an opening for Field Service Technician/Glazier for their Vancouver location.
In this role, you will be reporting to the Service Supervisor, this position requires a self-governing individual to provide frontline customer service while representing both the company and their product in the field.
Daily responsibilities include completion of warranty repairs, product replacements, lockout procedures as well as handling general product inquiries.
Qualifications Required:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work well with minimal supervision
Bondable, with a clean Driver’s Abstract
Customer-service oriented
Strong mechanical aptitude
Physically fit with attention to safety
Experience with window/door installation & repairs
1-2 years glazing experience prefers
