Hold an initial meeting with senior managers to discuss the overall scope, objectives and plans
Hold an initial meeting with each review team to establish the specific process scope and objectives, including metrics to judge project success
Prepare a project plan with activities and timelines for each project [process]
Train project participants in review methodology
Meet at defined intervals (in person or otherwise) with teams to monitor progress
Prepare a summary report at the end of each project
