M1 The bidder must clearly demonstrate that the proposed resource meets the minimum mandatory qualifications for Communications Level Advanced
Secondary school diploma is required
Certificate, diploma, or degree from a recognized post secondary institution, in a relevant field, is required
Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience is required
M2 The bidder must clearly demonstrate that the proposed resource has 10 years of experience in the last 15 year in communications
M3 The bidder must clearly demonstrate that the proposed resource has 3 years of experience in the last 5 year with social media, wiki platforms and WebEx conferencing
M4 The bidder must clearly demonstrate that the proposed resource has 3 years of experience in the last 5 year in developing content for newsletters and public documentation such as reports
M5 The proposed resource must be fluently bilingual.
M6 The bidder must clearly demonstrate that the proposed resource has a valid security clearance at the SECRET level granted or approved by CISD/ PWGSC
