Prepare and cook complete South Indian meals or individual dishes and foods. Prepare and cook special meals for parties. Supervise kitchen helpers. Oversee subordinate personnel in preparation, cooking. May plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs. Clean kitchen and work areas. Wash dishes.

Education: Some High School.

Experiences: Minimum required 1-2 years.
