As a critical member of the Utilities Operations group, this role provides expertise and leadership to achieve operating objectives. • Number of Vacancies:
You will have a proven track record of initiating change, challenging the status quo, and being able to act as a change agent. Preference will be given to applicants with an engineering or technical background. Operations experience in a manufacturing environment would be a definite asset.
First or 2nd class steam ticket is an asset.

o Strong technical and trouble shooting skills.

• Duties and Responsibilities:
You will contribute your experience and expertise to the areas of;
o Ensuring that operators have knowledge, experience and procedures to make product safely and efficiently to specification;
o Providing timely communication of equipment maintenance requirements;
o Maintaining lock out and confined space procedures;
o Maintaining operator technical training materials;
o Ensuring that daily operating plans are communicated and executed;
o Directing the activities of crew on maintenance down days;
o Providing troubleshooting expertise.
o Optimizing manufacturing processes and recommend equipment and process improvements to achieve manufacturing objectives.
