Main Accountabilities:

As Financial Advisor, you will:

• Build success-driven partnerships with community referral partners
• Find your market by identifying people who need our products and services
• Assess and understand your client current financial situation and needs
• Develop and deliver financial solutions that helps protect your clients' financial health and wealth
• Be rewarded as an independent contractor through a competitive base income and performance-based compensation structure
Competencies:
• Exceptional ability to build and maintain strong productive relationships
• Solid knowledge and experience of the financial industry with assistance from our extensive training program
• Results oriented attitude - as your income will be based on your ability to produce
• Passion for helping people
• Willingness and ability to obtain a life insurance and mutual licenses
• Be committed to becoming a CFP (Certified Financial Planner)
