Sales Manager - Software.
The role is twofold and consists both of business development and staff management (recruitment, mentoring, evaluations).
In addition to business development, a significant component of this position is analytical - this company customizes its sales approach and strategy depending on the targeted industry or the product offering.
- 10 years of experience in B2B sales for a software company
- 2+ years of experience in staff management
- Excellent communication skills
- Availability for travel in Canada and the US (50% of the time)
