As a Rental Counter Associate.....
You will be responsible for maximizing sales revenue for the branch through excellent customer service on existing orders, closing sales from inbound inquiries to successful outbound telemarketing. And, provide customers with expert advice on equipment selection, operation and maintenance and protect company property through adherence to company policies
Respond to customers to promote sales of equipment in assigned territory
Promote the equipment programs and the company's image of excellence to customers
and ensure a good synergy with other divisions /branches
Develop new customers and complete all necessary reports within required timeframe
Implement strategies aimed at increasing market share and margins on assigned territory
Tool rental experience - essential
Experience in heavy equipment or construction equipment or related sales - an asset
Knowledge of major product lines; essential
Excellent interpersonal skills; essential
Proven track record, strategic and organization skills
Excellent knowledge of MS Office 2007
