Location: Victoria BC
Duration: 7 months
The principle body of work consists of:
• MS Word template maintenance and new development
• MS Excel VB script maintenance and new development
The proponent will:
• Apply the business and technical specifications to implement the specified changes
• Responsible for ensuring the quality of the development work, including use of Client mechanisms to track time and address requests for changes and outstanding items.
• Responsible for providing status reports to the Oracle Team Lead describing work that has been completed within the reporting window and issues that require resolution by the Business Manager.
• Responsible for the delivery of all assigned tasks, ensuring all applicable standards are met.
Mandatory (Proven) Skills and Experience:
• A minimum of 2 years proven template & macro development experience with MicroSoft Word & Excel VBA Scripting language.
• Proven skill in developing and producing quality code and documentation.
Preferred / Asset Skills:
• Experience with Oracle SQL is an asset
