Skills: Informatica GURU, Real time data Integration, DB2 UDB, Performance and tuning, Reusable Assets, Architecture and Framework
Experience:
- Minimum 12yrs of IT including 8-10 yrs of lifecycle experience in Enterprise Data Warehouse
- Must have implemented 3 major data warehouses from concept to implementation with hands-on technical experience.
- Must be a GURU in Informatica with solid understanding of Pushdown Optimization and significant expertise in performance tuning large data volume ETL; Experience with 8.x is preferred.
- Must have sound knowledge of parallelization and pipelining
- Candidates with experience in integrating Informatica with event based architecture such as MQ and TIBCO will be preferred. Integration of Informatica with IBM Q-replication is highly preferred
- Ability to create ETL framework with reusable assets
- Must understand the solution implications for audit and reconciliation for large volume of data in a mixed workload environment
- Must have architected and implemented various CDC techniques including database replication
- Experience in large (10TB+) EDW environments on DB2 (ESE/DPS), Teradata, Oracle
- Strong in Unix scripting and scalable architecture
- Exposure to industry standard data models such as IBM-FSDM, Teradata-FSLDM is a definite plus
- Must have experience in Business, Technical and Operational Metadata.
- Preference will be given to candidates with Active Datawarehouse experience
- Candidates with Financial Industry experience will be preferred.
- Must possess leadership skills to lead, mentor team members and effectively interact with client executives
