Responsibilities:
o Full life-cycle development of PeopleSoft applications including Human Resources, Benefits Administration, Pension, Time and Labor, North American Payroll applications and interfaces and reports. This includes, but is not limited to analysis, design, coding, testing, documentation, and trouble-shooting.
o Full life-cycle development of interfaces into and out of PeopleSoft.
o Production support for Human Resources, Benefits Administration, Pension, Time and Labor, North American Payroll applications and all interfaces.
o Assists Technical Specialist in gathering and analyzing business requirements.
Qualifications:
o MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (Must Have):
o Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering
o 8 years PeopleSoft development experience (experience with Human Resource, Benefits Administration, Pension, Time and Labor, and North American Payroll modules)
o Experience with release 8.9 and People Tools 8.4x a must.
o Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
o Must possess superior analytical skills.
o Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
o Highly motivated and able to coordinate multiple activities simultaneously.
o Goal oriented, adaptive and resilient.
