1. PeopleSoft Payroll Business Analyst Consultant
North American or Global Payroll, Payroll Interface and Absence Management and eCompensation)
• Responsible for the implementation of the PeopleSoft modules.
• Define optimal business processes and document functional design.
• Enter PeopleSoft core table definitions: design and build table and parameters.
• Assist in the testing strategy and plans (expected results).
• Perform system testing.
• Assist with the conversion mapping and validation.
• Assist with conversion validation.
• Perform parallel testing when required.
• Work with technical team during design, build and implement stages.
2. Peoplesoft Developers / Technical Analysts, obviously well versed in the latest releases of PeopleTools:
• Compile inventory of systems requiring integration with PeopleSoft.
• Coordinate and develop with the functional team the business rationale surrounding the development of interface and conversion.
• Coordinate the mapping and design of interfaces.
• Coordinate the mapping of legacy data elements to PeopleSoft.
• Lead and participate in the design, build and implementation of the required interfaces and conversion programs.
• Convert data according to conversion plan and timelines.
• Develop or modify end user reports.
• Develop system extensions
