MAJOR DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
As part of a regional team that provides support across Data Centers under CIT management, the Citrix Operations Technical Support team is responsible for the following:
Project Support
** Five years (3) of Citrix expertise in an enterprise environment
** Five years experience supporting WinTel based systems and tools.
** Dynamic Project Manager with exemplary communication, organization, and management skills.
** Provide engineering consulting and design services for business projects as identified.
** Provide input to Citrix system architecture in coordination with engineers across other sites.
** Develop, implement and follow processes for integration of applications into a Citrix environment.
** Assess client requirements for application deployment via Citrix.
** Design solutions that allow client applications to be deployed via Citrix.
** Implement, document, and support the deployment of client applications via Citrix.
** Interface with Platform Implementation and Operational Acceptance for system builds.
Technical Support
** Provide third level technical support and consultation to Platform Implementation and Operational Acceptance on project activities.
** Ensure general operation of and provide technical support for the Citrix environments.
** Perform problem isolation and determination to ensure proper handling of issues with applications in the Citrix environments.
** Implement, document, and support the deployment of a Citrix automated build process
** Evaluate emerging technologies and make recommendations as necessary.
** Provide third level technical support for all escalation items and act as SME for high-level requests.
** Ensure compliance with all pre-defined SLA and target measures, enhance support processes accordingly to meet those measures.
Miscellaneous
** Interface with vendors and CIT to coordinate license management for Citrix environments.
