The BearingPoint Public Services SAP Solutions Group is currently searching for an SAP ABAP consultant.
The SAP Upgrade ABAP Team Member will be responsible for reviewing and resolving technical objects impacted by the upgrade including code changes, technical specification updates, and unit testing.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
Review technical objects impacted by upgrade
Apply necessary code changes
Update technical documentation as specified by project standards
Perform unit testing of code changes
Work with functional teams to resolve any test errors
Complete assigned deliverables on time and within budget
Deliver quality work products in compliance with client standards
Ensure that all documentation is completed and stored as specified by project standards
Participate in the peer review process - review and provide feedback on other team member's documentation
Keep team lead aware of status and issues
Complete project management tasks accurately and in a timely manner
Provide support to other teams including basis, change management, KT&T, archiving, security, etc.
Develop and maintain client relationships
Work closely with a team of subcontractors and teaming partners along with client counterparts.
