Job description: Job Summary
*Provide systems administration, operational support and problem resolution for Freddie Mac server systems.
*Provide assistance with restoration of files and troubleshooting problems by interacting with information technology
staff/vendors.
*Coordinate the installation and maintenance of third party vendor software and hardware, maintenance and
support, disk space management, backups and file restoration. *Maintain availability of assigned services. Analyzes
system problems and recommend solutions.
*Resolves helpdesk issues by consulting with appropriate parties.
*Provide effective communication at all levels of management, peers and customers through clarity of expression and the ability to organize thoughts both written and oral.
*Job requires a Bachelor degree in Computer Science
or related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge
and skills may be acquired; and three years of experience working directly with server platforms and
installing/maintaining HW/SW in a large server environment.
