Requirements: Consultant to help client drive their efforts around the current "consideration" as to whether they out-task/outsource their ITS PC break/fix field force and HRC help desk. They want someone who specializes in this area - who can help them from start to finish - scope, RFP design, contract negotiations, SLAs, etc, etc. Someone to get them on the right path straight out of the gate and to help them avoid the numerous pitfalls. Again, this person would serve both a PM and consultant role.
Must have at least 10yrs exp.
