5 years VB.NET (2003) development experience (mix of front end/back end),
Biztalk 2004 Experience
**ASP.NET and C# development experience
**Technical design Experience: good design and analysis skills
**Strong in web design
**Experience going from Web to Windows: web forms to win forms (VB.Net to ASP.Net)
**Experience working within Oracle (9i) PL/SQL database and Lawson ERP system
**Good Analysis Skills
**Great communication skills, with development team, business side and users
**Ability to learn systems and requirements quickly
**Ability to interpret requirements (100 page document) and then develop
**Ability to spot and identify poor design, rather than simply develop bad design specs.
