In this role we are seeking someone who is experienced in

- Enhancing and customizing Remedy ITSM applications from business requirements and/or technical design documents

- Supporting the Remedy infrastructure, including performance tuning, moderately complex interactive integrations with network monitoring tools, and the installation of Remedy software /patches/applications as needed


Required Skills:

- 5 + years of development experience with ARS 6.X and/or 7.X

- Implementation experience with the ITSM application suite in large scale enterprise environments

- Experienced in software development life cycle (SDLC) including Requirements Analysis, Design, Installation, Development, Testing (application code and user acceptance), Deployment
