The responsibilities and duties of this position include but are not limited to:
* Ensure that the Lotus Notes is operational
* Responsible for all level 2 Lotus Domino support issues
* Monitor and maintain Notes security
* Monitor and maintain Notes storage
* Maintain spam management system
* On-call responsibility will be required
* Other duties as assigned
Tasks:
* Users Administration and Resolving User Problems
* Create IDs
* Moving a user's mail file
* Changing a user's name
* Acting on name change requests
* Troubleshooting workstation problems
* Troubleshooting database issues
* Troubleshooting
The skills, experience, and knowledge required to be considered for this position include:
* Understanding of Lotus Domino Server Administration concepts, and trouble shooting
* Understanding of monitoring and best practices in a Lotus Domino server and Notes environment
* Goal oriented, results achieved individual with experience that can foster team cooperation and continuous improvement
* Good written and oral communication skills
* Ability to work cooperatively with a variety of individuals
* Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline oriented environment
* Detail oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
* Ability to track several cases and clients
* Experience in Lotus Notes support in a multi server/location network
* Knowledge of NT Server, 2003 Server, TCP/IP, SMTP, and DNS is preferred
* Lotus certification is required
